Are you a runner, cycler, or triathlete? Are you participating in an athletic event and want to race to respond to the needs of those in need around the world? Now you can by participating in the IOCC Race to Respond program! By fundraising while competing in an event, you can make a difference in the lives of those affected by manmade and natural disasters. Here are a few ways that you can help:
- Set up a website through IOCC where you can tell your story to let people know why you are competing to raise funds for those in need, and then encourage people to make a donation through IOCC's secure online donating process
- Use official IOCC pledge forms for those who wish to contribute by either a fixed amount or by making a per-lap donation
- Distribute IOCC informational materials to inform people about IOCC's worldwide humanitarian relief and development programs
