A Powerful Way to Help People in Need
Does your place of employment sponsor a United Way or other workplace charitable campaign?
If so, you and your colleagues may be eligible to support International Orthodox Christian Charities, Inc. (IOCC) through payroll deductions.
It’s a convenient and powerful way to help people in need. Payroll deductions allow you to make generous gifts to IOCC because your charitable contribution is taken out of your paycheck in small amounts during the course of the year.
It’s a marvelous way to feed the hungry … get clean, safe water to children and their parents … ensure more children can attend school … provide more training and resources for the poor to earn better livings … treat and prevent more disease … and a whole lot more.
How Does It Work?
Through our affiliation with Global Impact (formerly International Service Agencies), IOCC participates in workplace charitable campaigns in federal, state, city and county governments; in public schools; and in private sector worksites.
Workplace giving campaigns normally take place during the fall with deductions starting in January of the following year.
Please check with your employer (the Human Resources department ought to be able to answer your questions as to what is available) to see which of these options is available to you:
