Angel’s husband faces health challenges, making it tough to sustain their family. But Angel, determined to find a way, took a three-week food processing training offered by IOCC in Lebanon.
Guided by a professional chef, Angel honed her skills and found her true calling. Now, she’s turned her home kitchen into a small business, crafting — and selling — delicious cakes, cookies, molasses, and more!
