Lenten Recipe: Green Beans & Potatoes in a Dill Tomato Sauce

1 jar (~24 oz) of your preferred pasta sauce
3–4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
~3 cups frozen green beans 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot over medium heat, combine pasta sauce, potatoes, garlic, and dill. Cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes. Then add your green beans, put the lid back on the pot, and then simmer for another 10–15 minutes – until the potatoes and green beans reach your desired tenderness. Add salt and pepper to taste during or after the cooking process.
