Q: How do I become a Monthly Giving Partner or Recurring Donor?
A: Click here to set up a recurring gift. IOCC utilizes Classy, a secure online giving portal, to manage all online giving. Once you have entered your payment information and submitted your recurring gift, IOCC via Classy will automatically deduct gifts from your payment method according to the amount and frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) you provide.
Q: How do I update my recurring gift?
A: IOCC utilizes Classy, a secure online giving portal, to manage all online giving. Click here to log in to your Classy account. In your Classy portal, you will be able to securely update:
- Donation Details:
- Gift Amount
- Whether to cover transaction fees
- Gift Designation
- Frequency
- Next Donation Date
- End Date
- Payment Details:
- Payment Type (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
- Credit Card or Banking information
- You can also:
- Retry a failed donation after updating payment details
- Cancel or pause a recurring donation
- Reactivate a recurring donation

Important: Do not provide credit card numbers through email. We will never ask you for your credit card number or other sensitive information to be sent via email.
Q: I have never logged into Classy before, how do I create a login?
A: If you have not logged into your Classy account before, you may still need to create an account. To do so, go to Classy.org and select “Sign In” and then “Create an Account”. You can also click here.
Q: The page is not loading. What should I do?
A: If you use Safari as your web browser, you may need to turn off cross-site tracking. If you use another browser, you may need to clear your cache, or try a different browser.
Q: I logged in and there are no gifts listed, or IOCC does not show up on my Supporter tab.
A: Ensure you’re using the same email address to log in that was used to create your gifts; it will be the same one that you will have received your most recent electronic receipt. Classy only allows one email address per account, so multiple email addresses will result in multiple accounts.
Q: How do I cancel my recurring gift?
A: Click here to log in to your Classy account. Go to your recurring donation and select Cancel donation. You’ll also have the option to pause your monthly donation for up to three months instead.
Q: Why aren’t all my gifts listed in my Classy account?
A: Your account on Classy is set up to only display gifts made via the Classy portal. Any online gifts prior to 2024 and all cash, check, wire, or third-party donations are recorded separately in IOCC’s database.
Q: Why am I not receiving an acknowledgement letter in the mail for my recurring donations?
A: All recurring donation payments will be acknowledged via email. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam/junk folders & ensure you do not “unsubscribe” to Classy emails. If you think you may have accidentally unsubscribed, please contact us at donor.services@iocc.org or call us toll free at 877-803-4622 so we can correct it.
For all other cash, check, wire, or third-party donations, an acknowledgement letter will be mailed to you via USPS unless requested otherwise. For your tax preparation purposes, all donations to IOCC will be included in your yearly Giving Summary.
Q: How can I obtain a copy of my yearly Giving Summary?
A: IOCC mails a Giving Summary via USPS in February to all donors with a valid address. If you have not received a summary and/or need a replacement, please contact us at donor.services@iocc.org or call us toll free at 877-803-4622 to request a new copy.
