Kentucky: Frontliners Providing Emotional and Spiritual Care

IOCC has deployed a team of Frontliners to flood-affected Kentucky. As cleanup gets underway, our team is embedded with our partner and disaster-response organization Inspiritus. IOCC’s Frontliners—clergy and lay professionals trained to provide emotional and spiritual care in disaster situations—are offering a ministry of presence to survivors of Kentucky’s devastating flooding.

As IOCC responds in Kentucky and as the Atlantic hurricane season reaches its peak, you can support this work and more like it across the United States. A gift to IOCC’s US Emergency Response Fund helps address immediate needs, including emotional and spiritual care, following disasters and also supports long-term recovery efforts.
