Recovery after Hurricane Ida

February 8, 2022

Teams of IOCC volunteers have been at work since September helping communities in Louisiana clean up and rebuild after Hurricane Ida.

US Teams Still at Work in Louisiana

The second most devastating hurricane to make landfall in Louisiana, behind only Katrina, Hurricane Ida left massive damage in its wake. IOCC was able to deploy a team to the area shortly after the storm to help with the urgent needs of survivors. Today—thanks to support from donors like you—an IOCC team is still working alongside the people of Louisiana as they rebuild.
