Bring Relief in the Face of Adversity

July 14, 2020

Staff from IOCC provide food to people facing homelessness in Athens, in lieu of hot meals at a humanitarian kitchen.

For more than 25 years, IOCC has served people coping with disease, wars, natural disasters, and severe economic downturns. Each time, we witness their resilience under tremendous pressure.

Today, as we continue to navigate the impacts of COVID-19, we see those same signs of resilience. Churches banding together as digital communities. IOCC staff and those we serve adapting to a new reality β€” almost overnight. And we see those signs in you. Simply put, your generosity has been overwhelming.

Our faith teaches us that we are one in the Body of Christ. Just as Christ triumphed over great suffering, through our faith we too will persevere through this pandemic and emerge stronger because of it.

We are in the midst of extraordinary times and with extraordinary faith we will not only persevere; we will find joy!

If you can, please join IOCC in serving those in need during this time.
